Solution is an integrator: we build a separate implementation for every client instead of selling a ready-made bot. Two directions — your personal routine and your company's processes. Often we start with you and then carry the approach over to the team.

For you. A personal assistant built around you: voice notes, tasks and reminders, “who is waiting for a reply”, a daily summary. It learns from your decisions and brings the disputed ones to you.

For your company. We automate the processes you choose. During the rollout we build the company's rulebook: the bot answers by it and passes difficult questions to the responsible employee — their decisions become new rules.

Five steps from audit to ongoing support

The pilot is 14 days on one process. Then we connect the rest and keep supporting the system. It is a custom implementation, not a subscription.

  1. Audit — We look at where the time goes: interviews, logs, spreadsheets. We count the hours for each process.
  2. Process map — We break the processes into steps and choose what to hand to AI first.
  3. Launch — We launch one process on your data. By day 14 you see it working, not a presentation.
  4. Integration — After the pilot we connect the agents to CRM, accounting and messengers. The processes work together.
  5. Support — We train the team to work with the bot and escalations, watch how it runs and grow the rulebook from your decisions.

What people ask before the first review

How does the work start?
With a free 40-minute review. You tell us which process gets in the way most, we break it into steps and say what an agent can take over right now and what it cannot yet.
When do we see the first result?
On day 14 of the pilot. In two weeks we run the audit, break the process into steps and launch it on your data. It is real work, not a presentation: you watch the agent close leads, invoices or reconciliation.
Do we have to change our systems?
No. For the project we connect what you already have: CRM, accounting, spreadsheets, messengers. What can be connected and how soon, we say at the review. If some system is missing we help you choose one, but that is not a condition to start.
Where is the data stored and what leaves?
On the Solution server, in your client's own space: we recognise people by their Telegram user id, clients' data never mixes, and only the Solution team has access. What leaves is the question with the context it needs — to the language model — and voice notes to a speech recognition service. If the data must not leave your own setup, we deploy a separate instance.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
The bot does not invent rules or prices: it relies on your business description and your decisions. It does not promise prices, discounts, payments or commitments on its own — in chats on your behalf it prepares a draft for your approval by default. The rulebook and passing questions to employees are set up during the rollout. Everything goes into the log, and access is cut off in one action.
Who looks after the system after launch?
We do. Solution is an integrator: we supervise the system and are responsible for it, watch how it runs and grow the rulebook from your people's decisions. Your team answers the questions passed to it and approves new rules.
Does it work for a small company?
Yes. We often start with the personal routine of the owner — voice notes, tasks, summaries — and only then carry the approach over to the team processes.
How much does it cost?
The 40-minute review is free. The price of the pilot depends on the process and your systems: we name it after the review and fix it in the contract before the start. The calculator above helps you see how many hours are at stake.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a custom implementation, not a subscription to a ready-made service: we review your processes, set up agents for your rules and systems, launch them and look after them. There is no one-size-fits-all plan — we name the scope and the price after the review and fix them in the contract.
